Free Heat From the Sun

Free heat from the sun is possible.  I have built it and I have seen it work since the fall of last year.  It's called a solar heater window box.  Put it in a window that is getting full sun and in less than an hour it is pumping out free heat with just the power of the sun and direct sunlight exposure.  120F or more of free heat.  These solar window boxes just don't heat up air but they have a built in system that heats up and holds the heat longer giving you additional heating when the sun starts to set.

Anyone can put a bunch of soda cans or beer cans into a box and call it a solar heater.  Go for it, try it.  The main problem with a soda can heater is the connections between all of the cans.  You can not guarantee that the seal is perfect and will last.

Free heat is possible with just a two foot by two foot window sized box that heats up the air inside your home and pumps out the free heated air from just the power of the sun for free.  All you pay for is the power to run a 3 watt fan.  Ergo free heat.  Check out Sun System Designs video and feel free to spread the word and let us know what you think.  You can find more info at sunsytemdesigns.com or visit them on facebook by searching for Sun System Designs.  Putting a like on the main page would be greatly appreciated.  Go solar, go green, and let your children and grand kids know that sometimes the energy you need to live does not have to come from fossil fuels.  It is right over their heads.

Honey isn't Honey?

I am one of those people that loves to have honey in the house.  Be it to cook with in recipes or be it to sit in front of the television zoning out while sucking on spoonful after spoonful of just honey straight from the jar.

Recently, I was alerted to a crime against my consumption of honey if I purchase it at my local big box grocery store or corner mega drug store chain.  Food Safety News did an independent laboratory test of sixty samples from 10 states across the US in 2011and found that 76% of the honey tested from grocery stores like TOP Food, Safeway, Giant Eagle, QFC, Kroger, Metro Market, Harris Teeter, A&P, Stop & Shop and King Soopers contained no pollen whatsoever.  How could that be?  It's called ultra filtration which destroys the honey during the heating and filtration process and basically turns it into just sugar.  Pollen is the main ingredient in honey and the source of all of its medicinal properties.  If you talk to any local honey provider they will tell you that there is no reason to ultra filter the honey other than to hide where it came from.

The same study found that 100% of the honey samples from stores like Walgreens, Rite-Aid and CVS Pharmacy had no pollen at all.  The same results were true for individual serving packets from Smuckers, McDonald's and KFC.

Why do they Ultra Filter the honey you might ask?  When you take out the pollen you take out the traceability of where the honey came from in the world.  Several articles report that 60% or more of the honey in the United States is from China which has been found to contain heavy metals and added chemicals.

Ultra Filtration makes the honey into junk.  All of the natural anti bacterial properties have been removed.  Medicinal treatments to alleviate different ailments by non conventional means using junk honey will not work and may cause side effects not expected.  Feel free to Google search honey and cinnamon treatments for everyday ailments such including the common cold.

Cause for action?  Do yourself a favor and buy your honey from local honey producers or at the farmers market.  If you happen to find honey in one of the big box stores then look for the brands certified to be organic.  It may cost a little bit more but you are getting 100% REAL HONEY every single time.

And one quick fact about honey, disregard the expiration date on any bottle of REAL HONEY.  It's a marketing scam to get you to buy more product.  REAL HONEY is a miracle food that does not go bad when stored properly due to the high acidic level and low PH.  I can't report the source but one article stated that honey found from the time of the ancient Egyptians 2000 years ago or more was still edible.

Missouri Gun Law Proposal... Take them away

Missouri Democrats introduced a bill in the house that seems far reaching if not impossible to pass.  I could be wrong but I think it reads that all guns would be banned.  The bill seems a bit far of a reach over the second amendment to the constitution.  Not to mention the problems it would face with SCOTUS.

Here is the link to the house bill number 545:  Missouri House 545

From what I read into house 545, it declares ALL guns illegal to own and you would have 90 days to turn them in.  Gun ownership after that date would be a class C felony.  I could be wrong?  What are your thoughts on the bill.

Thank you Memorandum for the news tip...

Sun System Designs

Solar Hot Air Window Heater on You Tube.  Put a like on our video if you like renewable energy from the sun.

With the rising cost of just surviving in the world today it is getting harder and harder to stay ahead of the bills to just heat your home during the winter.  I find myself trying to help people heat their homes virtually for free by experimenting with various different solar heating boxes that can be put in a south facing window inside of your home that is getting full sun, or larger units that can be mounted outside of the home or business.  I find inspiration in what Thomas Edison said, he found over 1000 ways not to make the light bulb.

I've built the premium of solar hot air window heaters in the form of a two foot square box.  Unlike other solar hot air window heaters I included a heat retention system that holds the heat longer, hotter, and more consistent.  Then I ramped up the design with a patented coating that captures the spectrum of sunlight rays to heat just a two foot square box.  Ramped it up again with a programmable fan system that can turn the fan on at what ever temperature you want and shut the fan off at whatever temperature you want.  I recommend 120F on and 90F off for the system but this feature isn't found anywhere else.  Our solar window heater box still heats up after it hits 120F while it is blowing free heat into your room.  I have seen it hit 135F after the fan had been running for several ours on a clear sunny November day.

The best part of the unit is the size of it.  With a two foot square box you can put it in any window that will get full sun for several hours.   Put it in an east facing window in the morning that is getting full sun and you have free heat after the unit warms up.  Move the box to a south facing window just before noon and you get free heat from the sun.  Move it to a west facing window in the early afternoon and you get free heat from the sun.

Check out my web page at Sun System Designs for basic information on solar hot air heating.  If you get a chance and happen to be on Facebook then you can follow our testing progress of our solar hot air window heaters.  Find Sun System Designs on Facebook and put a like on our main page if you are into renewable energy products.
