Desantis Florida goes full White Supremacist

 

For all of you from the Northern parts of the United States of America that love to vacation to Florida, Arizona, or Texas, they don’t want your liberal snowflake money anymore.  Your state pisses them off for your blue state liberal policies.  We are talking about NY, MA, NH, IL, CT, RI, ME, VT, PA, WI, MI, NJ and OH.  And let us not forget about Washington DC.  You all suck and are WOKE.  (whatever the hell that means)

Florida, Arizona, and Texas do not want your damn money anymore.  They are sick of your liberal policies and fed up with your crap!  Ergo, welcome back to the “Reverse Freedom Rides” from the spring of 1962.  60 years ago, when white supremacy was the norm of the day.  Courtesy of Governor Desantis of Florida and Governor Abbott of Texas.

At least Governor Abbott had the decency to human traffic people out of his own state, Governor Desantis of Florida had to send people to Texas to human traffic and fill two planes that would land on Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.  The Reverse Freedom Ride is real, and it is abhorrent treatment of people just trying to survive.

CNN: “The arrival of a clutch of migrants to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City – sent from a southern state that did not want them as residents – triggered outrage from city leaders and civil rights activists. A US senator from New York denounced it as a “heartless display of theatricalism.”

A civil rights leader called it “a hypocritical effort to gain cheap publicity.” When asked whether the city would send the migrants back south, a city commissioner responded, “I have neither the authority nor the desire to send anyone back anywhere he doesn’t want to go.”

It was the spring of 1962, and officials in New York and other cities were grappling with how best to respond to an outrageous act: the decision of southern segregationists to begin funding one-way trips to the North for Black citizens in what they called “reverse Freedom Rides” – a jab at the efforts of civil rights activists to desegregate interstate travel.”

How do we fix this messed up system of immigration policy?  Nothing has been changed since the Reagan years.  Nothing.  Dems and Repubs all kick the can down the road in every administration.  It is easier for them to blame the other side when the other side is also blaming them.  Gridlock.

Step one is for the President to admit we have a problem.  Submit a plan to congress to take the people in the shadows out and grant them citizenship.  This could be 20-30 million people that are already here working off the books and not paying taxes at all.  Or just do an executive order granting them citizenship.

 

Step two is for the president to call a meeting of all state’s governors.  Address the real humanitarian problem we have at our border and request the help of all states to relieve the states in crisis.  If we as a nation can take in the people of Ukraine during their war then we can all help Texas, Arizona, California, and Florida during their crisis.

Step three is for the immigration process to be changed so that it does not take 6-22 years to become a citizen legally.  Fix it in such a way that in six weeks or less a person can start paying into our tax base and social security systems and become a productive person in America.

America has an under-employment situation right now.  If you talk to any business owner right now, they can not hire enough people to get the job done.  It doesn’t matter what business sector you look at, there is a shortage of people and the answer to this problem is trying to cross our borders illegally.  This is a serious discussion that needs to be had in the White House and in the Congress.
