140 Year Old Dumped in Ocean Alive!
This is no way to treat the elderly! I’m outraged and drooling mad. I thought we had laws in this nation to protect and defend the elderly but apparently if you live in New York City that is just not the case. This story isn’t going where you think it is. There is not some poor old man named George in a wheel chair being dumped overboard in the Atlantic. Over at MSNBC they have this from AP on it….

NEW YORK - A 140-year-old lobster once destined for a dinner plate received the gift of life Friday from a New York City seafood restaurant.
George, the 20-pound supercentenarian crustacean, was freed by City Crab and Seafood.
"We applaud the folks at City Crab and Seafood for their compassionate decision to allow this noble old-timer to live out his days in freedom and peace," said Ingrid E. Newkirk, president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. - MSNBC/AP
In other related news, dairy farmers will be protesting the dumping of George the lobster back into the sea. Reports are already coming in that the butter market has crashed four and a half sticks.
